Ethical Mini Teaser Cat Toy Wands, Assorted

Photo is not what I got. Photo shows the ball of rabbit fur w/3 feathers. What I received is a cluster of 4 thinner, 'whippier' feathers with a brown plastic cap over their ends, and a bell tied onto the string about 2" further on. NOT as shown. Problem is, of course, that our cat is addicted to the "blue bunny" variety, with the ball of rabbit fur. This just isn't the same to our cat. (Nor to the human caretakers.)Can't really speak to the toy's actual effectiveness; it is a very generic interpretation of: "Mini Teaser Wand". I do fear that the rabbit-fur one is discontinued.

I have a 8 year old cat that is addicted to these. They used to be very easy to find - WalMart, Kmart, Petsmart, Petco, dollar store - they all had these for about a dollar. Now they are next to impossible to find. I ordered all they had available here when I placed my order. My cat has seperation anxiety and uses these to self comfort. He carries them around in his mouth, crying, until he drops it in the place he last saw us - then he goes to sleep. Absolutely nothing else helps him. He also likes to play with us with this toy. It is not the sturdiest toy, the tip easily breaks off, but we just tie it back on a bit lower on the stick. I don't usually leave a toy with a string (stretchy tho it may be) around a cat unsupervised, but this cat never bothers the string part, even in play, he is just interested in holding the toy part in his mouth. He does sometimes "strum" the string to make the bell jingle. Too cute.

This is a lot more flimsy and smaller than I thought it was going to be. The pole is short, the string the toy is attached to is short, and they are not well attached to each other Because of this I don't expect it to last long.

This is my second time buying this toy, it is small but my cat is obsessed!!

My cat seems to like this toy, but the wand is so short I have to be right next to my cat to use it.

My cat loves the toy, but they just send you a random one. I ordered 3 and specifically wanted the one in the image, but they sent me 3 different ones (all of which were the same small mouse with a bell). My cat still enjoys them, but he goes bonkers over the ribbon, so I had to get a Da Bird attachment instead. I'd have given the ribbon ones a 5 star, but not knowing which one you get sucks.

My cat loves this toy and is super sturdy. She plays with it constantly (everyday)!

Our cat loves chasing the mouse, however the pole is incredibly flimsy. We detached the string from the pole and tied it to the pole of another toy that the cat had officially "killed." He still loves it. However the metal ball inside the bell has come out so it no longer jingles and that was half the fun! All in all, I wouldn't buy this again.

it will not be the same item pictured. the seller is ok but do not order this thinking you will get a toy that looks like the pictured item.
