5 Bay USB 3.0 / Type C 5 Bay 3.5" SATA Hard Drive RAID Enclosure, 5 x 12TB HDD RAID Enclosure

I configured this array as RAID 5 to protect my data. Worked fine for a couple of months, then a drive failed. The documentation that came with the device is incomplete and poorly written. I expected to replace the failed drive and the array will rebuild the drive. After days of red light flashing, it was clear that the array was not going to recover. The included documentation includes no information on how to rebuild a failed drive, and I could find no way to contact Sisun. Amazon was no help to me. I wasted my money and my data, (two terabytes) is in jeopardy!Why does Amazon sell equipment that is unsupported? SHAME ON YOU AMAZON!

Solid construction. I like the switches on the back and the USB c. A lot of value for under $200

amazon product support - basically asked me if it was plugged in right, and told me to call sisun.the unit I received had a usb c - connection in the back with ZERO grip - there was no way to plug in the cable - it would just fall right back out. the out. the unit had a loose , no friction usb-c plug - so i returned

The items was easy too setup. The item also would show a HDD fail when the drive was good. This cause a great expense too replace failed drives. The item doesn't seem stable. The fans wore out fast. Contact the vendor and heard nothing back. I was able to remove the very critical data. Replacing this item for something stable.

Description stated that it could handle 5 x 12 tb harddrives. Box started that it only does 5 x 10 tb. It never identified my raid drives. And parts of it arrived damaged. Attempted to contact the vendor but no reply.

Had the product for two months. Amazon tech support was great, company suck and very slow. No warranties. Have to send back to China for repair at my cost. Waste of money
