Functional but a little off the mark.
I served in the US army from 2007 to 2013 and was issued a IFAK in acu pattern the entirety of that period. I wore one the side of my body armor for an entire year in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. This IFAK pouch is not the IFAK pouch I was issued. The one in the pictures for the product is. But the one I received is not. The one I received is bulkier, with larger gapes Molle straps that will have room to wiggle on a tactical vest or plate carrier. The pouch looks a lot more like a box ammo pouch that would be issued to a M249 gunner. But there is a very suspiciously clean IFAK tag down onto the back of this pouch. The inside of this pouch does include new “guts” for an IFAK minus the combat tourniquet which is not displayed in the pictures for the item. For all intents and purposes this will work as an IFAK since it has all the same materials and functions in the same manner. I am just sour that the pouch appears to be swapped out with a different one. Maybe the army repurposed those box magazine pouches into IFAK pouches at some point, I never seen one before but hey, anecdotal evidence is anecdotal.Add a tourniquet and this will get you by, don’t expect the nice slim IFAK pouch pictured in the product images.

Good starting point
My pouch looks like either new old stock or a decent-quality knockoff. No wear or fading. The fold-out insert is in used condition. The first-aid supplies appear to match the description. This kit looks fine for minor injuries. It's not a bad value for the money, but not a spectacular deal either, so expect to make changes. For upgrades, check online for how the pouch can be organized. Different military branches have slightly different kits. Consider your situation and personal first aid training, too. Maybe add some QuikClot, an Israeli bandage, and/or a triangle bandage. Consider some EMS shears and nitrile gloves. Toss in some water purification tablets? It's up to you to fine-tune the contents.

Good Start
I keep one with my shooting bag and take one whenever I go hunting/fishing. I added - Israeli bandage, CAT, good pair of shears, pair of hemostats, Keflex gauze, and a chest seal. Left everything that came with it in the zip lock bag the items came in. It all just fit. Adding it all up it's a pretty good deal.

Great Product
Everything good as intended and packed neatly inside enough to pass CIF only problem my IFAK had someone else's name sharpied on the pouche understandable cause it's a old out dated camo item other than that it's good.

Did not have all of the pieces
Ordered this needing all the pieces and the insert is not included. The insert WAS pictured, so I definitely feel like this was false advertising. Very disappointed.

4/5
The listing said the internals were new and the pouch was used, which I'm cool with. But the pouch had sharpie and bold writing across it, which was not expected.

Can’t beat it!
The IFAK I received from this seller was in good condition. The material was faded, and the molle straps were slightly frayed, but the kit was stocked with supplies that were still well within the expiration date. I personally like that the IFAk I purchased appeared to be moderately used; it has inevitably treated many injuries. Possibly even saved a life or two!

Full IFAK
It's definitely a full IFAK. Good for woods running. Got it to impress my grandson. Job well done.
