after reading some of the reviews, thought i would chance this for work. does what it is described to do, unsure about the negative reviews. gets the heart rate going, but you not going to work into a sweat using this. resistance is not that tight, but again, does what it is suppose to. 30 minutes using it, heart rate is up, which is what you want it to do.you cannot use it as an exercise bike - thats not its purpose, so dont expect it do do so. If used for long period at once, does squeal a little bit, but not too bad. Yes, the steel arms do get hot, but not scalding hot. used for 45 minutes, and can hold the steel for a couple of seconds straight afterwards if i needed to. so chances of scalding or burning yourself when accidentally touching it after use i would say from my experience so far is almost impossible

It is not for young people that really want to exercise their legs. Yeah, for elder persons to keep their blood flowing, probably.Really easy to assemble, took me less then 5 minutes to do it.

This is a good way to exercise your legs while sitting. It is lightweight and easy to use.

It works fine, you can pedal with it. It doesn't feel very smooth but it spins. It makes an awful squeaking noise that can be fixed by pushing the foam cover on the metal away from the center, but it eventually just slides back.The main problem is that the pedals keep falling off the metal bars. They're held on by a small metal clip that clips onto the end of the bar. The problem with that is the clip can easily slide out and there goes the pedal with it. You need a flathead screwdriver to push the clip back, but it just comes off again soon after. I tried gluing it but it gets so hot that it just melted.Awful build quality. But it was fine for about a week after it came, so it's not completely useless.

Terrible. Not stable and once you use it for more than a minute, it makes a terrible noise and becomes so hot you'd burn yourself.This product is not good. Pure and simple.

You get what you pay for. This compact trainer is portable and easy to setup. Place secure on floor or table before use as it tends to want to move. The resistance is good for beginners light exercise. The cranks come with insulation on them that squeaks a lot, so I took it off. Be mindful though as the cranks get quite hot after just a few minutes of exercise.

Ich habe es zur Vitalisierung meines pflegebedürftigen Vaters (Stufe 4 mit Gehbehinderung) gekauft. Damit trainiert er seine Armmuskulatur. Da er über 80 Jahre alt ist, erfüllt das Gerät alle Anforderungen. Für diesen Zweck ist es für uns völlig ausreichend. Preis und Leistung sind dafür angemessen.

Forse la gente lo usa par coprirlo dalla polvere?L'odore di gomma dei pedali e accettabile in quanto per sentirne l odore bisogna tenere il naso ad una distanza di oltre 10cm....Il rumore e accettabile e un disco che viene frenato da una fettuccia in tela tipo quella della tapparella con una parte in cotone. Se nn si vuole sentire comunque rumore si possono comprare per pochi euro dei tappi per le orecchie....L intensità della durezza di pedalata e regolabile da zero atrito ad completamente bloccato con una regolazione sensibile e lunga.Il display da queste informazioni : tempo di lavoro in minuti e secondi azzerabile. Distanza percorsa in metri azzerabile. Pedalate effettuate azzerabile. Pedalate effettuare da quando vengono inserite le batterie il dato rimane memorizzato fino al estrazione delle batterie. Consumo del lavoro in calorie azzerabile.In fine soldi spesi bene... le recensioni negative sono effettuate da persone che con la scusa preferiscono sdraiarsi sul divano a guardare la TV. ...

Pros: - Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt - sehr platzsparend - schnell aufgebaut- stufenlos EinstellbarCons: - roch doch sehr nach Plastik - bei starker Belastung etwas wackeligIch habe den Trainer für eine Freundin meiner Mutter (70) bestellt, da sie im Krankenhaus doch sehr abgebaut hat und sich langsam mehr bewegen sollte. Da ist der kleine Pedaltrainer ideal geeignet. Schnell auf und wieder abgebaut. Mit dem Einstellrad ist der Widerstand gut einstellbar.Negativ ist mir der anfags unangenehme Geruch aufgefallen. Dieser war nach ein paar Tagen weg. Ich habe das Teil mal zum Spaß ausprobiert und fest und kräftig in die Pedale getreten. Da kam das Konstrukt doch ziemlich ins Schwanken. Aber das ist auch nicht die normale Art den Trainer zu benutzen.Das LCD Display haben wir nicht benutzt.
