This is by far the most awesome and comprehensive gps tracker I've seen. 1 day in and I'm loving it!! I bought this to keep track of my teen daughter. Lets face it know matter how good we think they are THEY LIE! lol I also got it because of the vehicle monitoring capabilities and the fact that you can "listen in" on whats going on in the vehicle is the icing on the cake. I opted to use my own Att sim card since I had a line that was on my family share plan and under contract but wasnt being used. So unlimited data and talk. Installation and setup was a breeze. Before anything you need to create an account on accutracking.com then activate your device using by adding its information. Pretty straight forward if your not sure where to look for it there is a little help icon shown by "?" you can click and it will show a picture of where to look. I emailed tech support for the instructions on setting up a custom APN got a quick response. That setup was as simple as sending a text to the sim#. Got an immediate response letting me know it was successful. Text alerts are customizable so you can get as many alerts or as little as you want. 1st month of service is FREE. After that it ranges from 5.99 - 9.99 depending on the features and update intervals you want. Even at 9.99 which includes all the bells and whistles this plan is a steal. I looked at numerous gps trackers and for what your getting this blows the rest out the water. Even if your using the included H20 sim the $10 data usually lasts about 2-3 months so your looking at about 12 per month on average not bad. If you dont believe me price some of the others GPS tracking providers. Ive been testing this thing out and its pretty straight forward and easy to use. There is an online manual if you need help. So far the tracking has been spot on with tracking my daughter. It gives me the vehicle temp, engine rpm, her speed ect. The mic function works great. You can even set up the fuel gauge monitor by sending a text to the sim#. (note the password required is NOT your account password but the APN one)Activating and deactivating most features is as simple as sending texts to it. I am already recommending this to friends that have teens with vehicles.

Use this to track my shady employee when he drives the company car. Works great. The set up is a little tricky during the H2O registration, but I'd recommend the product to friends. This would be perfect with a mobile tracking app.

I don't often write reviews but felt the need too since this is such a great product. Works as described and works well.- The Unit itself is very compact and depending on the Location of your ODB2 connector, it hides well and doesn't protrude.- Setting up is very straight forward. Should not take more than 15 minutes to log on and view the tracker (might be different depending on your location, GPS and cellular strength).- Intuitive and provide ample features from website (features already listed by seller).- GPS accurate most of the time.- Best price around!However, like all great products; they have their quirks.- Occasionally I get updated that my car is “On” then “Off” within 4 minutes apart. Not a big deal (this could to be limited to certain vehicle). It doesn't seem to have any issues when plug into my other vehicle.- I have 2 units. One Unit did not fit well to one vehicle OBD2 as it would not provide vehicle diagnostic but the same unit works fine on another vehicle. Again, seem to be vehicle dependent. Not the unit.But those quirks don’t matter because CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE DEALT WITH! 10 STARS here! They're quick to reply, nice, patient and very knowledgeable. Any issues with the unit, you will get another in a couple days!

I live in Montana and this worked great for the first month for what I wanted it for but the last few days the unit has been "freezing" and not giving data. Emailed help and they said that AT&T is getting rid of their 2G network, which it what this unit runs on. Help wouldn't try anything else to see if it could be something else! Why would I want something that really only works sometimes...

I've had this device for 3 months now and I simply cannot get it to track live. When I first got it I was amazed at how accurate it was, now it will work for a day then stop. I've contacted customer support and the only way I can get it to work is to constantly text the unit to reset it, massive hassle and completely defeats the purpose of the unit. The vehicle is never garage parked, the unit has a clear view of the sky and I've prepaid for cellular service all the way through June.

It works just OK. Works better in cold weather rather than on hot summer days (in a hot climate I wouldn't buy it), drops signal a lot, give false check engine light alerts when loses signal. Customer service is great, have answered my questions quickly when I have them. Will keep it, cost is low, so I guess you get what you pay for. Easy to install & set up account. Don't like the blue flashing light on the unit, distracting while driving in the dark (covered with black electrical tape). Need GOOD AT&T cell coverage for it to work.
