Beautiful product, awful assembly
Usually, I'll read reviews that complain about difficult assembly, and entirely dismiss the sentiment. "Must be a rookie," I'll think, and usually, the actual install is pretty easy, if not necessarily straightforward. In this case, trust the reviewers. The install is an absolute bear. Our wires were so impossibly tangled that we had to remove the fixture - after a rather fraught install onto a 16-foot ceiling - and untangle the wires. Those wires... After trying, and giving up, to untangle them, I was forced to undo almost all of them from their metal clips, and untangle once detached. This worked out perfectly well. Here are the tips you need to know :If you're buying this, it's likely going on a cathedral ceiling. You can't be on a crazy high ladder, hold the fixture, and do the wiring at the same time.Grab an s hook, hang it from the mounting arm, and hang the fixture (by one of the screw holes,) on itMy light had us wiring (black, white, ground.) no funky euro wiring clip or colors. If yours does, though, brown to black, blue to white, yellow/green to ground.I was able to turn my fixture mount to an "x" instead of square with the walls, and that way was able to connect it to a standard mounting box, which I felt much happier with versus just anchors.***untangle the wires before mounting it! ***The wire lengths are easily adjusted once mounted ( use a fingernail) so don't adjust the heights until the last step.

Was 3-star, but it was worth the fuss. 5-star update in description!
Edited, Update for 5-starsI went ahead and cut off the copper bound aluminum wire tip (that would have fed into the afore questioned plastic clip portrayed in the directions), stripped back the plastic coating enough to wire it using some wirenuts I had in my toolbox. It's a bear to bind the wires from the fixture to your house wires since you need three hands holding 3-rings and applying wirenuts while standing on a crazy high ladder, but if you're clever, you can hang it on one of the four mounting screws from the mounting plate temporarily. Connect all your wires and then mount the base. Quick to install. I learned you can easily fine tune the length of the cords the rings are suspend on. There is a silver tip where the cord enters the mounting base; you can press it to engage the spring to let the length back out. It's also very easy to feed the cord up into the fixture to shorten the cord. So you don't necessarily have to pre-set the cord lengths before mounting it since you'll be on that crazy high ladder anyway. To address a BIG QUESTION I had before buying this, it does NOT burn your retinas to look at it. It is nicely bright. Unlike a nearly identical 3-ring product (more expensive, less ratings, I found as I obsessively comparison-shopped) this fixture does not have the LED stripping exposed. This product has a silicone (or comparable) material covering the LED strip which helps diffuse the light. I definitely like that the LED strip, makes it look so much nicer and 'cleaner' (than comparable 3-ring product). And it CAN dim to about half power, mine flickers some (I had a dimmer switch from my prior fixture). Something that got a nod of appreciation from me - There were zip ties binding the long lengths of cords into sets so they would not tangle.Original review, 3 stars:Instructions are very basic. Appropriate for selling to different countries. Believe I am missing parts to connect the wiring. Either they didn't package the clip needed to connect to my original wires as shown in their directions under step 2, or they left out wire nuts. If you're not overly familiar with hanging a light fixture, it may seem challenging given the sparse directions, but it's fairy easy. Definitely adjust your ring lengths before mounting to the ceiling. Haven't wired it in yet as I'm waiting for clarification on whether they left out some hardware. There's also a mystery glove - one thin white glove like a jeweler may wear. I assume it's to handle the hanging rings? For all I know if could've been the employee packaging the product slipped their glove in where I need my missing hardware. Product is from China, labels on exterior box mark it as such. No label for which side is up. I lucked out and guessed right.

Incredible lamp, only wish it would dim to 'very low' settings...
Just wow.... this is an incredible light fixture that looks many times more expensive than it is. It says it isn't dimmable, but it is to an extent... if you go too low in dimming it, it will flicker... but it will dim from 100 percent to 50 percent without a problem....

Very pleased with this light
Very pleased with this light. It is bright, is easy enough to install, and gets compliments from visitors. The best part is that it does not trap dead bugs because there is nowhere for them to be trapped. I would buy another one.A tip... When you open the box, pay careful attention to which side you remove the fixture from. It is counterintuitive looking at the packaging. But if you remove it by picking up the mount piece from the correct side, it all comes out with no tangles.

I'm not too satisfied with the quality of this product
Overall, I'm not too satisfied with the quality of this product. I have the two ring version and they aren't perfectly circular and have slight bumps to them. The bumps are visible even at a glance and makes it look like a cheap product. Also they don't turn on as soon as I hit the switch. There is a slight delay before the larger ring light up and an ever further delay before the smaller ring turns on. This is most likely caused by the AC to DC power converters included with the item. Cheaper circuitry is the culprit. Also I wish it was dimmable as it's too bright for the room I'm using it in (not a knock on the item as i knew beforehand as it's not a dimmable light fixture). On the plus side, it's bright and cool looking. Maybe I got a defective unit.

Awesome Looking Light!
I absolutely LOVE this light! Looks amazing and get I get a lot of complements on it! I would give it 5 stars, but putting it up was a Nightmare! I can honestly say I will never do it myself again. It took two of us quite a while because of the way the connections are. The wires seem too big for the connector. It does fit, but it is really hard to connect. I would highly recommend hiring someone else to put it up. Otherwise, it is Awesome!
