Okay, if you want to add a toy to your home gym collection
As a serious fitness enthusiast for many years: They're okay. Four is generous. The construction is "okay" but not great and they roll but do not "glide" by any means. I use them, but since you're thinking about them, I'd recommend them more as a gimmick that will keep you interested if you are in a lull or looking for that odd addition to your home gym and not as a piece that you will likely go to multiple times a week. Given the tiny plastic beads inside that provide the "bearings" I doubt they were ever intended to be a daily workhorse. Again...fun toy to add interest but that's it for me.

Chest? How about abs!
I've owned and used the Perfect Pushup for many years and I thought that was the world's most innovative and useful fitness device. But recently I was looking for something that would allow me to do more versatile chest exercises (like flys) in addition to the standard pushups. I tried a bunch of stuff including a new pushup device that has these slanted (sliding) arms similar to the Perfect Pushup with wrist ends that rotate. That worked great for the chest but killed my wrists over time. Then I got one of those chest bendy-bars, and that was even more brutal on the wrists, causing severe stress on them. Then I tried an OYO fitness device, and finally this one. I kept the latter two devices because they deliver surprising and unexpected workout benefits.I expected these sliding pushup stands to be great for chest exercises and pushups, but I figured the ab and leg exercise videos were marketing BS. In reality these work 'OK' for regular pushups and 'pretty good' for all sorts of chest exercises. However they're awesome for ab and leg exercises! I find during some pushup-like movements they are unstable because they slide around a bit too freely. Not that this is a design problem per se...its just a bit unexpected. It takes an extra level of arm discipline to pull off some maneuvers to counter their instability while in transitions. The big surprise though was the utility of both the leg and ab movements. I have owned many ab rollers over the years including the Perfect Ab roller, but I never really used those after a few weeks. These however are GREAT for both ab and leg exercises. Specifically I do one-leg side and back lunges, where these are used only for stabilization. It works, by allowing you to isolate one leg at a time for body-weight exercises (like leg presses). For abs, if you prop yourself up on your hands and place your feet in these you now have a whole new universe of plank-like exercises that you can do, which also work great. These include mountain climber-type movements, and ab slides of all types, which are far better than just the ab-roller normal movements. Ironically when doing the ab exercises there is some pressure on my wrists so I now use my old Perfect Pushups just as wrist stands while the ABLE is under my feet for the ab movements.Bottom Line- Like the OYO it delivers unexpected benefits. The ab and leg exercises are great, while still providing lots of potential for chest exercises and various arm movements. Both of these devices expand the range of possible body-weight exercises to replace a gym membership while taking up little to no space.

everything is great with this product
i ordered this on 04/28/ 2018, it was shipped to me from Phoenix, AZ on 04/29/2018,and i got it today by ups on 05/07/2018. everything is great with this product, i can feel my stabilizer muscles being worked more, the balls glides smooth on the ground, the handles can actually rotate too which i was not expecting, but what i was also not expecting was that there's some weighted beads or something inside the balls. i don't know if all of them are like that or maybe it's just mines but the rattling sound makes a bunch of unnecessary noise/sound which can quickly get annoying pretty fast, could also be very distracting to other gym members if i use it at the gym too, but i'll bring it to gym with me today and see what happens. i will update again later after i actually use it for real at the gym. for now i will give this a 4 star.update: if you have a small duffle bag, you might want to get a medium size duffle bag as it takes up a lot of space but can still fit. after using these at gym i can say that if you wear converse chuck taylors to gym, you might want to get sneakers with a thicker sole. i was using these after squats but my sneakers sole are thin as i was wearing chuck taylors and the top of my sneakers keeps scraping the floor so wear thicker sneakers when using these with your feet.

The perfect compact workout equipment to help you get shredded FAST!!!
I'm training for a physique competition and wow, I'm very impressed with everything I could do with this exercise equipment. It is triggering and activating muscles I never knew I had haha. The equipment activates and engages my core like no other. It's like the perfect push-up on steroids! I'm exhausted after using it for ten minutes. Great for quick morning workouts or between sets! This will definitely be my secret weapon for my upcoming competition! I love it!

Did not work for me
After viewing the videos explaining how to use this i was conviced that i could use the Able to work my core by sliding with my feet locked into itAfter trying several times my feet keep sliding through and rubbing on my carpet as there is nothing to keep your feet off the floor in this position making it impossible to do the workoutThese clearly work better for upperbody as they have a handle but i see no provision on it for your feet

Very challenging for me but feels good
On my first try, I could really feel the challenge. The movements are difficult for me (I'm an older woman), but they feel surprisingly good. I can see a lot of room for progress which is great. I was looking for equipment I could take in an RV for a full body workout and these will be terrific. I'm glad I purchased a set.

Awesome Training Set
Awesome product. I was struggling at first but when I got used to them I did so many variations that it is impossible with any other set. You can build your Chest, Biceps, Triceps and even Abs with these. I highly recommend it.

10 stars!
If I could give these 10 stars, I would. Literally, the Best fitness item I have ever purchased. The construction is superb and way better than I expected. Was completely blown away by how sturdy they are and how freely they glide. For advanced calisthenics pressing movements and one arm ab wheel variations, these are the single most valuable tool I have ever come across. If you are into advanced calisthenics BUY THESE IMMEDIATELY. I have no affiliation with this company whatsoever.
