I purchased this rack with drain board for my daughter. She is happy with it.When I chose this item to purchase, I was concerned that the silverware holder would drip water onto the counter. ( I had read reviews with this complaint),so my daughter simply hangs it on the end that drains over the sink. Problem solved!! Good product, just the right size. She likes it so, I like it too.

I use this to organized my makeup stuffs, it is really useful and looks really good! When I receive that,it can assemble easily! The price is good but the quality is not cheap!

For some reason I had a ton of problems putting this together, but once I did it looks nice and holds more dishes than I thought.

This dish drying rack is exactly a must-have stuff for my kitchen. It has one more layer than any other dish racks that I saw in the supermarket, and it took less room of the kitchen counter, really a very delicate design! I only followed the steps on the handbook to assemble the two-layer racks together. The structure of the upper and lower layer is also very strong. I am very satisfied with it, even my roommate want to buy one.

Just an up-close picture would have helped me put it together better than the insert in the box. Maybe it is just me. It had fluent English, but did not give details I could understand to easily assemble it, followed by the flatware cup not seeming to match up to anything. Eventually I ignored the 6 indentationsin the cup that did not match to anything and just shoved it onto the upper rail, over the section where it will drain into the sink.The drying rack this is replacing was heavier and all of it was covered in the plastic coating that this one has only on the bottom bits. Now, maybe the chrome-plating will hold up better than coating would. Time will tell.Another thing I am sad about is the drain board will lean over into the sink, but the other end of the drain board does not give it a pitch to send the water back into the sink. I may need to find a shim to pitch it.I hope the faculty will like it in their break room. I am not going to worry about it anymore.

Very disappointed cheap quality and does not hold many dish’s!

Was a little confusing but not difficult to assemble. One done it looks very nice and saves space!I like!

I mindlessly followed good reviews but didn't think this purchase through. The metal of this drain rack WILL scratch nonstick pots, pans abd baking sheets. I should have just re-bought a bamboo one. It's my fault but at the same time this can't hold more than 3 bowls without becoming completely useless. The giant rings that are meant to hold items up are unwieldy and annoying. Literally one of the user pictures shows that it can only hold 3 VERY small pots before the rest of the storage is useless.
