RitAll-Purpose Powder Dye, Cocoa Brown

As described

I expected it to be a more warm-toned, deep- brown but it came out more reddish/pink toned. The original color of this top was a very light tan color, and I dyed it to hide some stains and it did the job. I do like the color, it’s just not what I expected, so if you’re looking for a dark brown, this ain’t the one. Rit dye is the truth though, you will never catch me using anything else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Works pretty well although it takes two powder boxes to achieve a darker look. I don't mind that too much though. I used it on my canvas backpack (I didn't need to add salt or anything to the mixture) and followed online directions for canvas shoes. It looks like a Hershey's milk chocolate bar haha! I might go darker if it fades over time but so far so good! Haven't yet worn it to see if it stains so I'll make an update for that.

This dye works well and has good instructions. The color could be a little inaccurate if you're not careful, if the water dye is too diluted, the color can come off very light and nearly pinkish. You can let your fabric sit in the tub longer or increase the amount of dye in the tub.

Good product, but my item came out more purple than brown, but overall I was satisfied with my experience.

Garbage, don't waste your money. I had to through away my clothes. Don't buy this product. It does not work. Not only will you waste money, but you will destroy your clothes too.

Good color

Worked Awesome!!! Couldn’t have asked for any better turn out!!! I used rit on a 15 year old pair of Carhadt bibs, and they look brand new! 🤩 I used 3 boxes, boiled about 10 gallons of water, and dumped into a storage tote, disloved the rit powder along with a table spoon or so of salt. Stirred pretty continuous for 1/2 hr 45 min. Then let them sit in the blend for all of 2 hours! Washed in washing machine and Shazam!!! Brand new looking Carhardts!!! 👍🏼👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LOVE ❤️ RIT!!!!

I refreshed an old jacket, the dye worked great and my washing machine is still clean. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS

I dyed a pair of light grey jeans with 2 x packets of Rit cocoa brown The results werent great but adequate coverage of the jeans so can wear them with some reservation! A bit patchy ad not a full dark colour.

I have done my stair carpet with this dye and it works really well. Definitely cheaper than buying a new carpet.

Doesn’t go chocolate brown, more of a light maroon?? I dyed a jumper from grey and this is the colour it went
